Heavy-duty dog harness with a grab handle, a pocket for bags and a pocket for a tracker like an airtag.  The harness shown is a size M for dogs with a chest size of 24-29.5 inches (62-77 cm) and is made with latigo leather which is used for leather items that will see hard use is bad weather.  All hand-stitched.

There is a leash attachment D-ring on the back (both hand-stitched and solid copper rivets- the strongest possible) the one shown has an optional additional D-ring on the front chest strap.

The main body is two layers thick and all the strap attachments are another two layers.  The one shown has something north of a pound of leather in it and hand-crafted (not be me!) metal hardware.  Total weight shown is 20 oz (567 g).

These take some time to make and the cost reflects that.  If you want something basically indestructible that has a pocket for a tracker in case the dog gets lost, this might be what you are looking for!
